Gaming Hell

Oops, am I bad at keeping up with putting MS Paint art up here on Dreamwidth? Sure am! Let's go from the top then, we've got Claris from Saturn classic NiGHTS into Dreams... (I was playing the Xbox 360 version while catsitting and remembered how good it is, I need to draw her Christmas outfit at some point in the future), Kanon from Love Live! Superstar!! for her birthday (she shows up in this bear hoodie for less than ten seconds in the show and, well, I haven't drawn her before now, so this had to be the outfit) and Dejiko from Di Gi Charat (I haven't watched the TV series until today, I still have the specials to watch but it's good and has made my brain ten times more powerful, even if said brain is mostly just full of PARTY☆NIGHT nyo).

From Love Live! Nijigasaki School Idol Club, it's Kasumin! She's doin' the thing!! Specifically, the Love Live! April Fools' Day joke this year was Kasumin making her own music video for her latest single and it's incredible. It starts with her doing her own artwork (complete with being incorrectly chroma-keyed so it still has traces of green on it and her moving the arms manually in her paint program) but the other NijiGaku girls join in on the group chat, saying she did a great job but suppling their own art to help her out. It's actually really sweet in a way! The song's lyrics are about how Kasumin is a genius who can turn invisible, and there's nothing I love more than an overconfident dingus (affectionate). And then you see the outfit itself, she has a present box for a skirt, I had to draw it immediately, I'm sure you understand. Go, go, Kasumin, you can do it, Kasumin!

Someday, I'll get better at posting these MS Paint drawings on time on Dreamwidth, but that day is not today. So, let's catch up. January 23rd is the birthday of Kasumi Nakasu, the impiest Love Live imp there ever was (that means she's one of my favourites) so I was honour-bound to draw her; I was rereading Sonic the Comic a lot which involved massive Eternal Champions exposure so I decided to give Shadow Yamato some attention; and of course Märchen Maze was this week's Arcade Archives release, so I had to draw Alice from that game, right?
