Gaming Hell

From Cotton: Fantastic Night Dreams, it's Cotton the witch! She just wants to eat Willows. Seeing as the arcade Cotton came out this week on Arcade Archives, I thought I'd draw the famous witch herself as it's been a long time. Her design is mostly based on the first game, particularly the title screen, although I also gave her a slight hood as it seems she has one in her in-game and cutscene sprites which later games seem to omit. She's a good witch, in any case.
