From The House of the Dead III, it's Lisa Rogan, daughter of the famous AMS agent Thomas Rogan! She's the Player 1 side character of The House of the Dead III, joining up with the enigmatic G to rescue her father from the bloodthirsty hordes. You can probably put her amongst the other blonde lady horror game protags of the 2000s (like Heather from Silent Hill 3 and Fiona Belli from Haunting Ground) and what's nice is you get a bit of character development in the cutscenes between chapters, explaining a little of the relationship she has with her father. Also, she does get a few one-liners, bless her.
