MS Paint World: The Dancer

From Battle Arena Toshinden, it's Ellis! Although she doesn't appear in every title in the series, I imagine she's one of the more well-known characters alongside Sofia and Eiji, and this is based on her appearance in the second game. I only recently played one of these properly for the first time with a friend (Battle Arena Toshinden 2 Plus specifically) and it was a pretty interesting study in how developers were trying to figure out how to make fighting games work in 3D... But more importantly, Ellis is cute. Big fan of the live-action footage they made for both the FMV intro and Japanese advert! Look at her go!
